Frank Olmstead of Allegany Co., NY
Francis Walter Olmstead (1885-1963) of Allegany County, NY had four children (Arluine, Irene, Bruce, and Earl) by his first wife, Mary Kimble, and one (Roy) by his second wife, Julia Wirt. There were no children by his third wife, DeEtta Clark.
Arluine married Clifford Dean; they had no children.
Irene married Edward Murray and had two daughters, Elaine and Jean.
Bruce was adopted by John & Cora Cartwright of Bolivar, NY and married Ruth Buckley; they had four children, Mary, Margaret, Martha, and Robert.
Earl’s own mother died when he was a few days old and he was adopted out by his step-mother at a few months of age. Nothing further is known about him other than he lived in the Rochester, NY area and did marry and have children.
Roy never married.
